- Information entered by users for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB (paper documents to a separate file cabinet) and stored for a certain period according to internal policies or other relevant laws for personal information protection reasons, after the purpose has been achieved.
- This personal information is not used for any purpose other than being retained unless required by law.
- Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding using a shredder or through incineration.
- Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery of the records.
PUDI does not allow membership registration for minors in accordance with the "Juvenile Protection Act" and the "Lottery Tickets and Lottery Fund Act" to provide healthy services.
- Users and legal representatives can view or modify the registered personal information of the data subject at any time.
- To view or correct your personal information, click on [My Page] on the website, go through the identity verification process, and then directly view or correct it, or contact the department handling personal information-related complaints, and we will take action without delay.
- To withdraw consent (cancel membership), click on [Cancel Membership], go through the identity verification process and then cancel, or contact the department handling personal information-related complaints, and we will take action without delay.
- If users or legal representatives request correction of errors in personal information, we will not use or provide that personal information until the correction is completed. Also, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the correction results without delay to ensure the correction is made.
- Personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the request of users or legal representatives is processed as specified in '4. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information' and is prevented from being viewed or used for other purposes.

PUDI member ID passwords are encrypted and stored and managed so that only the individual knows them, and confirmation and changes to personal information are only possible by the individual who knows the password. The company is doing its best to prevent members' personal information from being leaked or damaged by hacking or computer viruses.
We regularly back up data to prepare for damage to personal information, use the latest antivirus programs to prevent users' personal information or data from being leaked or damaged, and use encrypted communication to safely transmit personal information over the network.
We also control unauthorized access from outside using intrusion prevention systems and are trying to equip ourselves with all possible technical devices to ensure security systematically.

We strive to immediately correct and rectify any issues found by checking the implementation of PUDI's privacy policy and compliance of those in charge through internal dedicated personal information protection organizations.
